Care
Sometimes life gets difficult or stagnant. What seems to fit well together does not fit anymore. What integrated well, disintegrates. Your thoughts speak to us and this is your truth and reality at the surface. However our thoughts, feelings and behaviour are just the tip of an iceberg. Exploring below the surface may render a whole new perspective and development. The core purpose of coaching is creating space for exploration to take place in ways that promote growth.



Grow
Seeing more clearly what is below the surface, develops a new kind of presence to yourself and people around you. Imagine seeing through the water in a clear lake. If the water is turbulent and full of sediment then we cant see through the lake. Cultivating stillness is a foundation for clarity. We mostly react and adapt on auto pilot. Habits, thinking patterns, and nervous systems patterns repeat themselves. Genetically, socially, culturally. With deeper presence to how and why you relate as you do you become more insightful and empowered. This is a fresh and profound starting point for renewal and growth.


Core
A nourished and healthy body fuels a positive and resilient mind. Sleep, food, some levels of exercise and some good routines to manage and sustain energy is at the core of growth and development.
It feels good to take a deep long breath that fully oxygenates the body and at the same time feels soothing.
Together we examine and create a starting point for your body and mind state as a part of the coaching process. With an aim to work to create some stillness in your inner lake, so to see more clearly.


The Coaching Process
When was the last time you took out deliberate time to have a dialogue with yourself? A space where curiosity and compassion for yourself meets the challenges and development areas you want to focus on. My role is to help you create a space where you meet yourself without judgement. In 10 - 12 sessions over 2-3 months we explore the challenge as you have presented it. Each coaching session is around 1 hour, and you will engage in work and activities in between coaching sessions. The program concludes with a plan for you that addresses specifically the findings and insights gained throughout the program
